1. vibration weakly

a. rotor coil broken: control pressure and temperature in the process of making rotor coil.

b. shaft compare tightenly with bearing: comfirm the dimention of bearing hole.

 

2. vibration off sometimes

a. brush inflexed, contact not well with commutator: behave carefully, avoild brush inflexed.

b. spot welding between leadwire and brush is not good: control temperature and time of spot welding.

c. there is fibre etc in motor leads to brush contacts commutator not well: keep the working environment clean.

 

3. no vibration

a. coil broken or welded not well: control the quality of UV glue fixing,  control welding temperature and time.

b. mechanical resistance leads to lock: control the shaft and case concentric.

c. washer etc in motor leads to lock: handle carefully.

 

4. case fall off: control pressure and depth of pressing machine.

 

5. vibration noise

a. there is friction between rotor and stator at an angel: keep the rotor and stator concentric.

b. washer etc in motor leads to friction noise.

 

6. wire welding is not good

a. storage time is too long, surface of wire is oxidation: keep the storage invironment better, make wirehead tin dipping again. 

b. wirehead is eroded by sweet: donning fingertip in important process in order to avoid being eroded by sweet.

 

7. leadwire spoilded or broken at the root: abnormal outside force is added in the process of production or checking: training the operator to handle carefully.
